Peter Frenkel, MD, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist at HeartPlace in Garland and Dallas, Texas. He is also board certified in cardiovascular diseases and internal medicine and has been in practice since 2000.

Dr. Frenkel went to medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Upon graduation, he continued his training there and completed an internship and residency in internal medicine. Afterward, Dr. Frenkel pursued additional training and completed fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

With over two decades in practice, Dr. Fenkel offers comprehensive cardiology expertise and patient care.
